Ltd.’ with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and obtained a certificate of commencement on the same day. The company was subsequently converted into a public limited company under the name ‘Sanskrut Comfort Systems Ltd.’ by passing a special resolution under the Companies Act, 1956. The company later changed its name to ‘Symphony Comfort Systems Ltd.’ on January 16, 1995 and lastly changed its name to ‘Symphony Limited.’ w.e.f. March 11, 2010.
